Chocolate cream

 

This quantity is sufficient for 5 people.

Preparation takes about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

300 ml of milk, 15 grammas of fine flour, 60 gramme of fine sugar, 2 whole eggs, 125 g of dark chocolate for cooking

Preparation:

 

Stir the chocolate in warm milk, whisk eggs and sugar, add flour and add it to chocolate milk. Warm everything under permanent stirring and shortly boil it. Serve in bowels, can be decorated with whipped cream and canned or fresh fruit.

Italian hot chocolate

 

This quantity is sufficient for 5 people.

Preparation takes about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

300 ml of milk, 50 gramme of sugar, 50 gramme of cocoa powder, 25 gramme of starch

Preparation:

 

Mix all powder ingredients together and under permanent stirring add to milk. Warm it for about 6 minutes by 80C, serve decorated with whipped cream.

Spanish chocolate cake

This quantity is sufficient for 6 people.

Preparation takes about 50 minutes.

Ingredients:

100 gramme of dark chocolate, 100 gramme of butter or margarine, 50 g of fine flour, 100-150 gramme of fine sugar, 3 whole eggs, one spoonful of baking powder, small quantity of salt, raisins, canned fruit or some kind of nuts can be added.

Preparation:

 

Warm chocolate and fat until it forms a cream, stir eggs with sugar and add flour, salt and finally add a mix of chocolate and fat. This paste stir for about 10 minutes. Pour everything to a form and bake for about 30 minutes on stage 5-6 (160C) The cake can be decorated with chocolate covertures.

Mousse

 

This quantity is sufficient for 8 people.

Preparation takes about 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

200 gramme of dark chocolate, 100 ml of water, 20 gramme of butter, 3 yellow of eggs, 3 yolk of eggs, small quantity of salt.

Preparation:

 

Stir chocolate in water; add butter and yellow of eggs. Let cold. From yolk of eggs and salt whisk a cream, which stir to the chocolate and mix everything. Let refrigerated.
